Looking for accessible, convenient, and affordable online planning education? The American Planning Association now offers a series of online courses on the latest topics in planning, hosted by our learning partner Captus Press.

Each course contains interactive multimedia presentations and downloadable PowerPoints. Progress quizzes to consolidate your learning and a discussion group where you can interact freely with other planning professionals is available for each course.

Take a course online for CM credit in six easy steps...

Step 1

Choose. After reviewing our course catalog, select Register Now to sign up for the course of your choosing. If you are an APA member, please have your Membership Number available.

 

 

Step 2

Pay. (Mastercard and Visa only) Payment options include credit card, check, or invoice. If you are paying by credit card, you will immediately receive your username & password.


Pay. (Check and Invoice) You may mail in a check or request a pro-forma invoice for your company's accounting department. However, in these situations, your account will not be created until we receive payment.  For these methods of payment, click on Obtain Username & Password to obtain your personal access one business day after submitting your registration and payment. You may also retrieve your username & password by clicking the above link.

 

 

Step 3

Learn. Select Access Your Course to log into your course.

   

Step 4

Test. Successfully complete a quiz.

   

Step 5

Evaluate. Complete a course evaluation

 

 

Step 6

Log. Log your CM credit in your CM Log to complete the process. NOTE: Only the AICP member who purchases the online course may claim CM credit. Access to the online course may not be shared with other people./
