Insurance Council of B.C. Rules Course

This is the course that all newly licenced insurance brokers and adjusters (for specific details on who must complete the course, please contact the Insurance Council of B.C.) must successfully complete before their first annual licence filing in British Columbia. This course applies to both resident and non-resident licensees.

In this course, you'll learn about the important organizations, laws, regulations, rules and guidelines that govern the licensing and professional activities of insurance salespersons, agents and adjusters in the province of British Columbia.

Please Note: Like all courses on this site, the Council Rules course is only valid for continuing education (CE) credits towards a general-insurance license in British Columbia. The contents of this course do not apply elsewhere, therefore this course is not approved for CE credits in any other province or territory.
